I’ve decided to implement a new house rule: Every morning, each member of the family will add to their normal routine, 3 minutes of “Face Time”… This is where they will focus on their own face in the mirror while grinning from ear to ear! While doing so they may think only happy thoughts of joy, love, kindness, and gratitude!
